Cap ‘instant is an atypical mansion with an original entrance, a brick facade with high listed windows, located in the heart of thevillage but far away. Its Zen garden offers a relaxation area with deckchairs and a dining area.
We offer 2 renovated rooms:The "Papillon" room on the ground floor, cozy decoration, 20 m2, air-conditioned with a 160 bed for couples, wardrobe and table, and TV. We provide a kettle. The separate bathroom and WC areIn the room, a hairdryer, household and bathroom linen are provided. Wifi access is free.
We have arranged on the 1st floor, a comfortable “Sérénité” room of 14 m2, air-conditioned with personalized decoration and view of the garden. She is equipped with a 140 bed for couples, a wardrobe and a table. We provide a kettle. The separate bathroom and WC are in the room, a hairdryer, household linen and bathroom linen are provided. Wifi access is free.
In anticipation of a multipurpose space fitted out on the ground floor, with independent entrance: Dojo, Wellness Area, with possibility of 3 beds on tatami and futon. The decoration is Asian-inspired, 2 independent shower rooms, and separate toilet. The room has a dining area, with refrigerator, microwave and electric hob available.
The breakfast is plentiful; and varied: jam, butter, bread, yogurt, hot or cold drinks, and, depending on the day, pancakes, eggs or cheese. It is served in the dining area on the ground floor, or in the garden.
Possibility of closed garage for bicycles or a motorcycle.
The house is non-smoking. The upstairs guest room is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
